Appointment of Executive Director and other employees – Property for rent Singapore

13.—(1) The Council shall, with the approval of the Minister, appoint an Executive Director on such terms and conditions as the Council may determine. Property for rent Singapore.

(2) The Executive Director shall —
(a) be responsible to the Council for the proper administration and management of the functions, duties and affairs of the Council in accordance with the policy laid down by the
Council; and
(b) not be removed from office without the consent of the Minister. 

(3) If the Executive Director is temporarily absent from Singapore or temporarily incapacitated by reason of illness or for any other reason temporarily unable to discharge his duties, another person may be appointed by the Council, with the approval of the Minister, to act in the place of the Executive Director during any such period of absence from duty. (4) The Council may, from time to time, appoint or employ on such terms and conditions as the Council may determine such officers, employees, consultants and agents as it thinks fit for the effective performance of its functions and discharge of its duties under this Act
or any other written law.

Preservation of secrecy – property for rent Singapore

14.—(1) Except for the purpose of the performance of his functions or the discharge of his duties or when lawfully required to do so by any court or under the provisions of any written law, no person who is or has been —
(a) a member, an officer, an employee, a consultant or an agent of the Council;
(b) a committee member;
(c) a member of the Disciplinary Panel; or
(d) a member of the Appeals Board,
shall disclose any information relating to the affairs of the Council or any other person which has been obtained by him in the performance of his functions or the discharge of his duties under this Act.

(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both. Property for rent Singapore.
