Joint Singles scheme – HDB resale flat for rent
HDB resale flat for rent – The Joint Singles scheme allows 2 to 4 single Singapore citizens to jointly buy a HDB flat from the open market. The criteria are as follows:
- 2 – 4 SC
- All singles – at least 35 yrs old
- Orphans/widows – at least 21 yrs old
- An orphan buying a resale flat for himself/herself, he/she must not have another sibling who age is below 35 and buying a flat separately under the Orphans Scheme, Single Singapore Citizen Scheme, or Joint Singles Scheme
- Special Condition: Must buy the flat jointly as co-applicants
