The following buyers are required to take bank loans: HDB for sale in Singapore.

  • Buyers who are all SPRs
  • Household salary over $12,000/ month
  • Own private residential property (include HUDC/ EC)
  • Have sold private residential property within last 30 months
  • Own private commercial/  industrial for investment inSingaporeor overseas
  • Any owner/co-owner who had taken HDB concessionary loan 2 times before
  • The last property sold was a private residential property (applicable for 2nd concessionary loan)
  • Buying under the Singles Singapore Citizen Scheme and the single’s salary exceeds $6,000 or buying HDB Executive Apartment

Letter of Offer from bank 

A buyer must obtain a Letter of Offer from a bank before the buyer can exercise the OTP.
