Procedure to apply for HLE – HDB flat for sale
HDB flat for sale – The procedure to apply for HLE is as follows:
- Go to www.candh.com.sg
- Move mouse to “HDB Resources” on top of the webpage
- Click “HLE Application”
- Fill-up the blanks
- Print the completed HLE Application form
- Sign the HLE Application form & submit it with the original income documents to HDB within 7 days
Income documents required are as follows:
- Original pay slips or income letters for last 3 consecutive months and past 15 months’ CPF contribution history
- Latest Notice of Assessment from IRAS (For self-employed)
- Indicate HLE no. & NRIC no. on income documents
