Properties included in the count for ABSD – Property in Singapore for sale
Property in Singapore for sale – All residential properties are included in the count whether wholly or partially or jointly with others, including the following:
- All residential properties including HDB flats, serviced apartments, shophouse and shop with dwelling unit, etc
- All the above properties which are to be built or being built.
- Vacant land and development sites for residential use.
As long as a person owns any share of interest in a property, that property will be included in the count of properties owned by him.
