ABSD for multiple properties in one transaction – Property for sale in Singapore
For purchase of multiple properties in one transaction, the ABSD is payable as follows: Property for sale in Singapore.
- For many properties bought under a single contract, each property will be counted as a separate property – property sale in Singapore.
- If the SC or PR buyer has not reached his threshold count of properties, he may choose any the properties to be not subject to the ABSD.
- For example, if a SC who does not own any property decides to purchase 2 properties in one contract, he may choose 1 of the properties purchased to be in the property count that is not subject to the ABSD.
