HDB resale flat for sale – Under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS), the developer tenders for the land and enjoys flexibility in designing and pricing of the flats. Upon completion of the building, the developer will hand over the entire development site to HDB for lease administration and to the Town Council for maintenance of the common areas and car parks.
Eligibility Conditions
The eligibility conditions for buying DBSS is similar to the eligibility rules, terms and restrictions as applicable to new HDB flats except for the eligible to apply of CPF Housing Grant and buyers who are 2nd timer are not required to pay resale levy.
