Revised resale levy – HDB flat for sale
HDB flat for sale – Those sellers, who have submitted their resale applications (that were received by HDB on or after 3rd March 2006) for sale of their first subsidised flats, would have to pay the revised resale levy based on the flat type of their first subsidised flats. Resale Levy for Singles is half the amount.

Resale Levy is to be paid in cash before taking vacant possession of second subsidised flat.
- Can be deducted from sale proceeds.
- Shortfall from the sale proceeds are to be paid in CASH
