Terrace house

Generally, there are intermediate and corner Terrace houses.  An intermediate Terrace house is a residential house in a row of similar form houses joined by common wall boundaries.   • Intermediate Terrace house – minimum plot size must be at least 150 sq m or 1614.6 sq ft.
  • Corner Terrace house – minimum plot size must be at least 200 sq m or 2,152.8 sq ft.
