Strata title property
Strata title is a form of ownership of units in a multi-level vertical and horizontal subdivisions with undivided share of the common areas. Some property types that have strata title are condominium, cluster houses, townhouses, shopping centres, factories, office buildings, etc.
Subdivision of land into individual Lots
Individual lots when subdivided will be conferred separate title of exclusive ownership of each strata title area. Such subdivided title is called the Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title (SSCT) and each owner is called a Subsidiary Proprietor (SP).

The buyers must complete and sign the buyer’s Checklist BEFORE they EXERCISE the Option to Purchase. All buyers of resale flats, acting with or without agents are required to complete and submit the buyer’s Resale Checklist.
