Maintenance of air-conditioners clause – Singapore property for rent/ sale
The Tenant is usually required to engage and pay a contractor to service (including chemical wash or top-up of coolant, if necessary) the air-conditioners in the Premises at least once every three (3) months and forward to the Landlord a copy of the receipt. Singapore property for rent/ sale.So long as the Tenant has fulfilled his obligation as stated in this clause, in the event of any breakdown of the air-conditioners and provided it is not due to the Tenant’s negligence, the Landlord shall be responsible for any repairs to the air-conditioners including replacement of parts at the Landlord’s expense.
