Tenants Priority Scheme – Singapore HDB flat for rent
Singapore HDB flat for rent – To help tenants of rental flats to own homes, they will be given priority allocation to select new 2-room and 3-room flats offered for sale under the BTO System or Sale of Balance Flats Exercise. 5% of 2-room & 3-room flats offered for sale will be set aside for Tenants Priority Scheme (TPS).
To qualify for the Tenants Priority Scheme, applicants must meet the following requirements
- First-time buyers;
- Gross monthly household income must not exceed $2,000 for 2-room flats & $3,000 for 3-room flats; and
- Have been living in rental flats for a minimum of 2 years.
