Reduction of Housing Grant for SPR Families – Singapore HDB flat for rent
For families with only one Singapore Citizen (SC) and at least one Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR), the CPF Housing Grant is reduced by $10,000 from 5 March 2010 onwards ($20K instead of $30K). Singapore HDB flat for rent.
Can apply for $10,000 Citizen Top Up when the Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) takes up citizenship or when the couple has a Singapore Citizen (SC) child while still in ownership of the flat.
