(g) comply with all reasonable instructions and requests of the Buyer/Tenant in relation to the transaction.
In the case of HDB property, it shall include the following:
(h) advise the Buyer/Tenant on the eligibility of the Buyer/Tenant to buy/lease the HDB flat.
(i) explain and go through the resale checklist with the Buyer and explain to the Buyer the implications if the renovations made to the HDB flat were not duly authorised. House for sale in Singapore
