Regulation of Estate Agency Works – HDB for sale in Singapore
It is provided in the Estate Agencies Act 2010 that the Council may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations to give effect to the provisions and purposes of this Act. The Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations 2010 is formed specifically to regulate the estate agency work.
