- must allow any party reasonable time to read the agreement before signing it, and to seek appropriate advice if he or she so desires; and
- must not ask or procure anyone to sign an agreement in which essential or material terms or information such as the property address, price, dates, names, and commission payable have been omitted or the relevant space for such terms or information is left blank or unfilled.
Terrace house
Generally, there are intermediate and corner Terrace houses. An intermediate Terrace house is a residential house in a row of similar form houses joined by common wall boundaries. While a corner Terrace house is a house at the corner of a row of terrace house with a side garden and only one common wall boundary shared with its intermediate terrace house neighbour. - Corner Terrace house – minimum plot size must be at least 200 sq m or 2,152.8 sq ft.
