There are 4 different types of leasing system for  industrial land: Property for rent in Singapore.

1. 30 to 60 years under Open Land Application System (OLAS)
   – new industrial land sites
2. 10 to 20 years under Short Tenure Land Launch (STELL)  – with an option to renew for another 10 years
3. 1 to 3 years under Temporary Occupation Licence (TOP)
   – with an option to renew
4. Government Land Sales (GLS)
   – land released regularly for sale
   – the GLS programme ensures that there is an adequate supply of industrial land is available when needed
