An agent’s duties include the following, real estate for sale in Singapore:
- To exercise his duties with appropriate care and skill
- To perform those duties personally (not to delegate without prior consent of principal)
- To avoid conflict between his person interests and those of the principal
- To account for and hand over to the principal all money due.
Real estate salespersons are regulated by law in Singapore. Every registered salesperson shall observe and comply with the Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care set out in the First Schedule of the Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations 2010
